| Dear Alex, The Taoists discovered a long time ago that we have direct connections from our eyes to our internal organs. They developed a technique called the 'Inner Smile' by which we move healing energy from our eyes to our internal organs. The quality of the energy depends on what we see. When we see a smiling face it has a healing influence and when we add our own smile to it, magic unfolds. The technique is easy to learn, requires little time, can be done any time and any place. It turns stressful moments into joy. It is healthy for mind and body. Moreover it can be combined with many other techniques described on this website. The session comes in two versions:
