Dear Alex,

When our conscious beliefs are at odds with our subconscious beliefs, the subconscious beliefs will win, allways, no matter how hard you try.

It is therefore important to bring your subconscious beliefs in line with what you want.

The Power of the Present technique is a proven method to do that, tested many times over by my students.

  • The session starts with an introduction of the general principles.
  • Then it follows with four examples, namely:
    • How to cut smoking.
    • How to loose weight or gain.
    • How to enhance your creativity.
    • How to improve your memory.
  • Then it helps you in designing your own strategy for something that you want to achieve.

You need prior knowledge of:

  •  The small action success method.
  •  Well formed personal goals.

The total session will take more than 20 minutes, but can be done in parts.

The session comes in two versions:
  • In PowerPoint, without sound. Best for desktops and laptops.
  • In PDF, without sound. Best for tablets and smartphones.
